Who we are

North Beacon Media is operated by Jacob Shaw, a sole proprietor doing business as North Beacon Media. Privacy questions can be sent to northbeaconmedia@gmail.com.

Information we handle

If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, business information, location, and other details you choose to include in your message. The contact form prepares an email draft in your email app; this website does not submit or store that form data.

When providing campaign services, we process client lead data on the client’s behalf. This may include a homeowner’s name, contact details, service interest, and information provided through the client’s Meta instant lead form. That campaign data is separate from this website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss services, carry out the agreed campaign work, send lead alerts, prepare reports, and maintain necessary business records. Client lead data is used to provide the service for that client.

This website uses no cookies, tracking pixels, analytics, or browser storage. Our hosting provider may process basic request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to serve and protect the site.

Sharing, retention, and security

We do not sell personal data. Campaign leads are provided only to the client for whose campaign they were generated, rather than resold to other contractors.

Service providers, including email, hosting, Meta, and Stripe, may process information as needed to provide their services. Meta runs the campaigns. When online checkout is available, Stripe handles service payments on its own checkout. Their privacy policies apply to their services.

We keep information only as long as needed for the service, necessary business records, or applicable obligations. We use reasonable care to protect it, but no method of communication or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and questions

Email northbeaconmedia@gmail.com to ask about information you have shared or to request correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.

If you submitted a homeowner inquiry through a client’s campaign, contact that HVAC business about your inquiry and data. You may also email us, and we will help direct the request.
